Fit to Fight Incentive Program
Conducted year round. Participants sign up at the front desk at Blake, Dragon or Triangle Fitness Center. Each day participants record the miles they accumulate running, walking, biking, swimming or on exercise machines that record miles. They’re awarded with a T-shirt after 100 miles, a backpack for 500 miles, and a cool dri workout shirt when they reach the 1,000 mile mark. |

FREE Professional Certified Personal Trainers
Renew your New Year’s resolution to get in shape? Start now with a visit to one of our Professional Certified Personal Trainers. They'll compose a personal exercise plan just for you based on your fitness goals, physical limitations and time restrictions. And, this service is FREE. Bike Riders
Are reminded to wear helmets and other protective gear, and to lock their bikes when left unattended. Bicycles will not be permitted for storage inside any of the fitness centers. |

Racquetball Courts
Only court shoes are permitted on the racquetball courts. |

Crotwell and Triangle Tracks Etiquette
- No smoking is allowed.
- Please do not litter.
- Dogs are not permitted on or around the tracks. |

Dress Code
• Exercise clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes are required.
• Clothes with snaps, grommets, belts, and other metal are not allowed.
Age Use Policy
AFI 34-266, Sept 2007
Ages 16 and older
Unrestricted use of all fitness Center facilities and equipment. Need not be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Ages 13-15
All cardiovascular and weight equipment and group exercise rooms require interactive supervision* from an adult (parent, legal guardian, qualified fitness or youth program staff member, or coach) at all times.
**Other activity areas (basketball court, racquetball courts, running track): Parent or legal guardian must be in facility.
Ages 6-12
Access to all cardiovascular and weight equipment and group exercise rooms is prohibited.
Other activity areas (basketball court, racquetball courts, running track) require interactive supervision from an adult at all times.
Ages 5 and younger
Not allowed in facility with the exception of those facilities providing a parent/child area (PCA) for supervised play and/or those children who are supervised spectators in a sports or special event. |
